Create one-time appointment reminder
1. Create an appointment reminder note
2. Right-click on the note and select 'Settings ->Alarm set'.
3. Set an appointment reminder
- Select Alarm on.
- Select the 'Reminder' option.
- Select the date in the calendar and set the time in the 'Time' field.
- Choose an appointment reminder action and click OK.

Create a recurring appointment reminder
1. Create an appointment reminder note
2. Right-click on the note and select 'Settings ->Alarm set'.
3. Set an appointment reminder
- Select Alarm on.
- Select the 'Reminder' option.
- Select the date in the calendar and set the time in the 'Time' field.
- To activate a recurring appointment reminder, set how often you want to repeat the appointment reminder and set the 'Time interval'.
- Choose an appointment reminder action and click OK.

Using Secure Reminder you can easily send appointment reminders to your clients, friends or colleagues over a LAN/WLAN. Appointment reminders will appear on recipient's desktop just as they were on yours.
1. Right-click on the note and select 'Send note'.

2. Select the 'Send Note over LAN/WLAN or Internet' option.
Select if you want to send an appointment reminder using recipient's computer IP address or Computer Name
Enter recipient's computer IP address or computer name. You can:
- Select recipient's information from the Address Book using the 'Select from Address Book' button
- use the Select Computer in LAN/WLAN option to easily select recipient's information from a full list of computers in your LAN or WLAN
- enter recipient's information manually

3. Click the 'Send' button

Using Secure Reminder you can easily send appointment reminders to your clients, friends or colleagues via the Internet. Appointment reminders will appear on recipient's desktop just as they were on yours.

Send appointment reminders via email
|
Using Secure Reminder you can send appointment reminders in e-mail messages. An email message will be created using your default email client. The title of the appointment reminder will be copied as a subject and the body of the appointment reminder will be inserted into the body of the message.
1. Right-click on the appointment reminder note and select 'Send note'.

2. Select the 'Send Note as Email' option.
Enter recipient's email address.
You can:
- Select the recipient information from the Address Book using the 'Select from Address Book' button
- or enter the recipient information manually
When sending an appointment reminder to multiple recipients, you should separate email addresses with a comma (',')

With Secure Reminder you can fully control upcoming events and plan your time. If you have tasks that you should perform on a regular basis like updating specific data, making weekly or monthly reports, etc., with Secure Reminder you can easily create daily, weekly, monthly or annually schedulers.

How to create an appointment scheduler
1. Create a new appointment reminder note.
2. Right-click on the note and select 'Settings ->Alarm set'.
3. Select Alarm on.
4. Select the 'Scheduler' option.
5. Choose the date(s), day(s) of week and month(s) for an appointment scheduler.
6. Choose an appointment scheduler alarm
7. Click OK.
