How to set an appointment reminder
1. Create a new appointment reminder note.
2. Right-click on the note and select 'Settings ->Alarm set'.
3. Select Alarm on.
4. Select the 'Reminder' option.
5. Select when you want to be reminded about an appointment
6. Select if you want to be reminded several times or only once
7. Select an appointment reminder alarm
8. Click OK.
