Secure Reminder is easy to use desktop reminder software that includes desktop reminder, appointment and task scheduler, personal information organizer and password manager. Secure Reminder is desktop reminder program that allows you to organize important informaiton, dates, and events on the computer desktop.

Don't ever forget an important date or event again! With Secure Reminder you can be reminded with by showing an alarm message, playing sounds (*.wav), running specific programs, opening web pages and files.
Using Secure Reminder (desktop reminder software) you can create one-time and recurrent desktop reminders (daily desktop reminder, weekly desktop reminder, monthly desktop reminder, custom time interval desktop reminders). Just select "Alarm set" item from the note context menu and set the reminder or scheduler the way you need. Using Secure Reminder you can choose one of two different options:

Sending sticky notes and reminders over LAN or the Internet
Using Secure Reminder (desktop reminder program) you can create reminder notes and send them to your friends and colleagues over LAN or the Internet. The note will appear on the recipient desktop just as it was on yours.
Sending notes via e-mail
Using Secure Reminder you can send notes via e-mail. The e-mail will be created using your default e-mail client. Recipient will receive your note in the form of letter with note's body inserted into the e-mail body and title as a subject. You can edit e-mail before sending.

Secure Reminder maintains three security levels (high, normal, low).

All information is stored in the data file that is encrypted using 256-bit key AES encryption.

Stick desktop reminders to windows, programs and files
You can associate desktop reminders with any program/window you want. A reminder note appears on the desktop any time you open the program, file or window the note is stuck to.

Notes Groups
"Notes Groups" feature helps you organize reminder notes on the computer desktop into categories according to their nature: to-do lists, addresses, accounts, passwords, etc. This feature prevents cluttering of notes on the desktop and allows quickly and easily access any group of notes.

Expiration and restore features
Desktop reminders can be set up to expire at the certain time. Expiration feature deletes reminders from the desktop and places them to the Recycle Bin (if it is on). If Use Recycle Bin option is on, all deleted reminder notes are placed to the Recycle Bin and can be restored any time you want

Address Book
Address Book helps you store and organize information about your contacts. It can store all the personal details you could want from names, addresses, phone numbers to birthdays and nicknames. Contact information in your Address Book can be organized into different groups. You may create any number of groups. To show information belonging to the certain group, just select this Group from the Group List. You can easily add names, update contact information, and create groups in your Address Book.
Using Export/Import Address Book features you can move your information between different program versions or other applications.

• How can I search reminder notes information?
Using Secure Reminder "search" feature you can quickly find reminder notes with necessary information.
To find certain reminder notes:
• Right-click the program tray icon and select the Search item.
• "Search" window appears.
• Enter search string.
• Select where you want to search.
• Click the Search button.
You'll be presented with the list of reminder notes which contain search string.
To show the certain sticky note, select it and click the "Show selected notes" button.
