Create notes
You can select if you want to create a note in the Default or Non-Default Group
The number of notes a user can create is limited in the Administrative tools

Create a note in the Default Group
• For a low security level:
Double-click on the program desktop icon or select Notes ->New note in Default Group or press Ctrl + Alt + N.
For the low security level all notes are created by the Guest account without a password.
• For normal and high security levels:
- Double-click on the program desktop icon or select Notes ->New note in Default Group or press Ctrl + Alt + N.
- In the 'User Identification' window enter the login and password.
 Note:
- For a normal security level if the number of notes for the Guest account is not zero, you can create notes by the Guest account as well as by your individual account. There is no password for the Guest account.
- You can change a hotkey combination for creating new notes in the Default Group
- The 'Password note' Group can't be set as default.
Create a note in a Non-Default Group
• For a low security level:
- Double-click on the program desktop icon or select Notes ->New note or press Ctrl + Alt + G.
- In the 'User Identification' window select a Notes Group.
Note:
- You can select any Notes Group except the 'Password Notes' Group. 'Password notes' are always password-protected and they can't be created under the 'Guest' account.
- For the low security level all notes are created by the Guest account without a password.
• For normal and high security levels:
- Double-click on the program desktop icon or select Notes ->New note or press Ctrl + Alt + G.
- In the 'User Identification' window select a Notes Group, enter the login and password.
