Notes Groups Secure Reminder lets you organize information in groups that prevents cluttering on the desktop and allows you to access any group of notes quickly and easily.
Double-click on the Secure Reminder desktop icon and select 'Notes Groups'.
In the 'Manage Notes Groups' window, select the Group in which you want to modify information and click the Modify Group button.
Update the information that you need.
Click OK.
Note: The 'Main' and 'Password note' groups are built-in groups. The 'Password note' Group can't be modified. Modification for the 'Main' Group is limited - you can only check/uncheck the 'Set as default' option.
Delete a Group
Double-click on the Secure Reminder desktop icon and select 'Notes Groups'.
In the 'Manage Notes Groups' window, click the Group that you want to delete.
Click the 'Delete' button and then click 'Yes'.
Note: 'Main' and 'Password note' groups are built-in groups. They can't be deleted. 'Main' Group is a built-in group. It can't be deleted.
Set the Default Group
Double-click on the Secure Reminder desktop icon and select 'Notes Groups'.
In the 'Manage Notes Groups' window, click the Group that you want to set as Default.
Note:'Password note' group can't be set as default.
Click the 'Modify Group' button.
Select the 'Set as Default' option.
Click OK.
Move a note to another Group
Right-click on the note and select Settings -> Change note group.
Select the Group you need.
Note: Password notes can't be moved to another group.
