Start Messenger Service
• Click the 'Start' button and select [All] Programs.
• Select Administrative Tools | Computer Management.
• Select Services and Applications | Services.
• Select 'Messenger' from the list of services, right-click on it and select 'Start'.
If you want the 'Messenger' service starts automatically every time you start Windows, select 'Properties', open the 'General' folder, in the 'Startup type' field select 'Automatic' and click 'OK'.
