Transfer notes to v.9.x from earlier versions
Use the following steps to transfer your data to Secure Reminder 9.x from earlier versions:
1. Export the notes database from your current version.
- Double-click on the program desktop icon and select 'Export'.
- Save your notes database.
2. After you exported the notes, uninstall your current version.
3. Convert the notes database.
As Secure Reminder from v.9.0 has a new improved internal engine, you should convert your notes database (exported from an earlier version) to a new format before importing them to v.9.x.
4. Install a new version.
5. Import the converted file.
- Double-click on the program desktop icon and select 'Import'.
- Select the converted *.dat file.
